Miniature Folding Inc offers a wide array of custom solutions for all your finishing needs. Our newly renovated 20,000 square foot fully monitored facility allows us the opportunity to complete any size job with speed and precision. We employ a well-staffed team of Quality Assurance inspectors to monitor orders from the moment they enter the building, and pride ourselves on our ability to exceed customer expectations.

RTA (Right Turn Angle) Outserts

• Two-sided printing with up to 238 panels means detailed product information in the smallest possible package.

• Using the latest RTA outsert folding machinery, we can accommodate nearly 560 sq. in. of copy space into a neatly folded and spot glued finished product for convenient placement.

Ribbon-Fold Outserts

• We are able to handle sheets up to 40" in length.

• These folded outserts can be printed with several pieces OUT per sheet, often making this a more economical alternative for our printing customers.

Cross-Folded Inserts

• When having a glued outsert is not necessary, cross-folded inserts provide a highly cost-effective alternative.

• With several pieces of cross folding equipment on premises, turnaround times often exceed customer expectations.

Pharmaceutical and
Commercial Padding

• Miniature Folding Inc. is capable of producing commercial, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical pads to meet customer specifications.

• Precision electronic counting devices ensure that every pad contains the same number of sheets.

• Kleen Stick applications are available.

• Glue Bound Pads.

Twin-Serting

• Using this process we are able to spot glue multiple RTA outserts together to produce an extensive product/patient information package.

• Product placement on this equipment is exceptionally accurate.

Tipping Applications

• Provide an excellent means of placing almost any piece inside or on top of printed material.

• A plow folding mechanism gives this unique piece of equipment the ability to open, insert, and close pamphlets, brochures, and promotional pieces with speed and efficiency.

• Great for placing phone cards, credit cards, promotional pieces, packets, sachets, and pharmaceutical inserts.
